Prices & Conditions
PAYMENT TERMS. Registration fee SEK 750 is paid within 10 days. Payment of the registration fee is made automatically when booking online. The remaining payment is made via invoice no later than 40 days before arrival. When ordering later than 40 days before arrival, the total price must be paid in connection with the order. Sheets and towels SEK 250 per set and week. Final cleaning large cabin SEK 1650, others SEK 1450. Group bookings of more than 3 cabins have special conditions, email your request.
IF CANCELLED earlier than 40 days before the arrival date, no compensation will be paid to the lessor in addition to the registration fee. In case of cancellation later than 40 days before the arrival date, the tenant must pay 100% of the rental amount.
CANCELLATION PROTECTION is not included in the rental price. You can protect yourself against cancellation costs by paying a special fee of SEK 300 per cabin at the time of booking in addition to the registration fee, which is not refunded if you cancel. With the exception of an expedition fee of SEK 100, you are fully protected against cancellation costs. The protection applies to special circumstances according to the Swedish Competition Authority’s terms and conditions and must be substantiated with a certificate.
MINIMUM AGE FOR BOOKING
To book/enter into an agreement with us, you must be 20 years old. When staying in larger groups, at least two people must be over 20 years old. Identification takes place on arrival. Meeting the age limit is a requirement to gain access to the accommodation.
PETS
We have two cabins where pets are allowed, cabin model 1 bedroom and cabin large. Please note that booking must be done via mail or phone for the animal shelter, so it is not possible to book online.
Good to think about
- You have the obligation to check the booking confirmation yourself as soon as it is received. Any inaccuracies must be reported immediately.
- You must follow rules of order, instructions and regulations that apply in the area. You yourself are responsible for all damages that occur to the property and its inventory, as a result of you or someone else in your party being careless. You may not let more people stay overnight in the cabin or on the plot than you stated in the booking. All persons must be stated at the time of booking, we assume that a maximum of 1 child under the age of 2 does not use their own bed unless otherwise specified.
- If complaints regarding disruptive behavior is received by the lessor, he has the right to immediately evict the tenant if correction is not made immediately after notification. The same rules also apply where there are more people staying than the number permitted for the object. You, as a guest, are obliged to compensate the lessor for costs caused by the above, including the extra work involved in repairing or assembling the replaced item. A lost key is charged SEK 550
- You must state at the time of booking if you suffer from any type of allergy so that we, as mediators, have the opportunity to find the right item for you.
- You must clean before departure unless otherwise agreed. In the event of no cleaning or very poor cleaning, a cost of at least SEK 2,500 will be charged.
- We reserve the right to legal changes and price changes beyond our control.
THE PERSONAL DATA ACT
By paying, you agree that personal data may be processed by Maven. The purpose of this is to enable customary guest administration, to ensure that Maven has access to reliable personal documentation in the event of an accident, to fulfill the conditions for cancellation protection and to administer and process any damages. The data may also be used to inform about insurance and payment services as well as travelrelated offers. The guest may also be contacted for market research.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event that the trip cannot be carried out due to an obstacle beyond the organizer’s control that the organizer could not reasonably be expected to have anticipated when the agreement was concluded and whose consequences he could not reasonably have avoided or overcome, the organizer is free from liability for damages or other penalties. The same applies even if the cancellation of the trip is due to someone hired by the organizer or someone else in the previous ranks. We reserve the right to legal changes and price changes beyond our control.
