Hi and welcome to Maven! This is the place to be if you want to be comfortable but still close to nature and the ocean.

In a large grove in the woods you’ll find our 14 cabins run by me, Anne, and my husband Stefan. We love to create, build and cook. I used to be a chef and will gladly help with restaurant or catering tips. And if you want some advice on excursions or activities I will share my best spots. Stefan is the handy one. He’s doing the repairs, fixing and trixing. He’s actually the one who drew and built the cabins.

You’ll notice that we love animals and the nature. If you’re lucky our big furry cat Sigge will come by for a visit.

You’ll find us 40 minutes from Visby and 30 minutes from Fårösund. Lärbo lies 8 km away and has a grocery store, restaurant and gym.

Kappelshamn is a nearby society, a calm and nice village just by the ocean with a beautiful stone beach as well as a charming little sandy beach. There are also plenty of walking trails in the surrounding forest. Here you’ll also find a nice herb garden, leather crafting and a restaurant.
